We currently only deliver to the UK with a flat rate of £3.95. Your order will be dispatched the next working day and should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Once you have received your order you have 14 days to return any unused item to us for a full refund. Any delivery or return postage paid is non-refundable.
Once your item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order until the item is returned to us. Once we have received your returned product, we will inspect it and if the item has been returned in an unused condition, we will then process your refund.
Orders placed but not shipped qualify for a full refund just email us or call before we dispatch the item.
If you receive a damaged item in your parcel, please contact us at [email protected] stating your order number and including photo evidence.
Any item that is found to be faulty due to misuse will not be replaced.
